New student registration

Regarding new student registration, please see the following instruction:

For student who is currently abroad,

  1. Bill payment period is on Feb. 3 to Feb. 18. Please pay here. (Note! This is for student who is abroad only) Please send a copy of your receipt to intstudy@ntut.edu.tw.

If you have doubts on the amount, please see here first.

If you want to apply for suspension. Please fill out the form in the attachment and send it back to us.

  1. Freshman course selection period is on Feb. 4th to Feb. 17. Please see instruction here.

If you missed freshman course selection, you can have another chance on Feb. 22nd to Mar. 8th. Please see instruction here

Please use “ischool” to watch your class online. Instruction is attached FYI.

  1. A second enrollment day will be announced after you come to Taiwan.

For student who is currently in Taiwan,

  1. Bill payment period is on Feb. 3 to Feb. 18, you can pay in any convenient store near your place. Please see here.
  2. Freshman course selection period is on Feb. 4th to Feb. 17. Please see instruction here.

If you missed freshman course selection, you can have another chance on Feb. 22nd to Mar. 8th. Please see instruction here.

  1. Enrollment day is on Feb. 19, Please submit the following documents on the day of enrollment :

-Complete Enrollment Form (student information). It can be downloaded in the online system. Please attach photocopies of your visa, ARC, Health Insurance Card, and passport to the forms where applicable.

-1 photocopy of your Taiwan Scholarship Certificate (Applicable to Taiwan Scholarship Recipients only)

-1 photocopy of your Bank Account Statement (Applicable to Taipei Tech Scholarship or Taiwan Scholarship recipients only)

-The original verified transcripts/diplomas/degrees and 1 photocopy of verified degree certificate. The original will be returned after verification. Non-Taiwan transcripts / diplomas / degrees must be verified by the Taiwan Embassy, Consulate, or Representative Office in the country of the institution where the transcripts/diplomas/degrees were issued. (Applicable only to students who have not submitted documents verified by a Taiwan Representative Office for their applications).

* If some of the required documents are not available on the day of enrollment, new students may submit copies to OIA staff as soon as the documents are available.
