Job Responsibilities:

1. The initial work location is in Shilin, Taipei, with future plans to be stationed at the Inventec factory in Thailand.
2. Reserve talent will participate in a variety of projects to develop into future leaders with a global perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.
3. Project Management: Responsible for planning, executing, and controlling small-scale projects, including but not limited to product development, process optimization, and market expansion.
4. Factory management and cross-departmental communication and coordination.
5. Must be proactive, responsible, meticulous, and have a strong sense of responsibility. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, flexible thinking, and adaptability.
6. Support tasks assigned by superiors.

Language Requirements:

Thai: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
English: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Chinese: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing

Preferred Qualifications:

1. More than 3 years of practical experience in project management and communication coordination.
2. Experience in public relations and marketing is a plus.
3. Excellent expression skills, clear logic, and stable demeanor.
4. Innovative qualities, willingness to accept challenges, high stress tolerance, and strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
5. Skilled in communication, resource integration, and valuing teamwork.
6. Affable, service-oriented, high interpersonal sensitivity, meticulous, and responsible.
7. Fluent in English and Thai, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
