I. Recruitment Information

Eligibility: International students (including overseas Chinese students) currently enrolled in Taiwan who are native English speakers or possess English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above. Applicants are not required to have Chinese language skills or prior teaching experience.
Application Period: September 15 – October 12, 2025 (Sunday), 23:59 (GMT+8).
Number of Positions: 64.
Employment Period: Successful candidates who pass the interview and training will begin serving as part-time teaching assistants in public elementary and junior high schools starting February 2026.
Compensation: NTD 400 per teaching session (40–45 minutes), with additional subsidies for public transportation.

II. Responsibilities
Assist in English instruction at public elementary and junior high schools, collaborating with local teachers and supported by advisors from English Resource Centers.
Support thematic lessons and co-develop engaging lesson plans.
Serve as an English conversation partner.
Participate in and lead English winter and summer camps.
Coach students preparing for English competitions.
Organize and lead English club activities.

III. Compensation and Support
Hourly Rate: NTD 400 per session (40–45 minutes).
Transportation Subsidy: Public transportation subsidies provided.
Pre-employment Training: All selected candidates are required to attend compulsory pre-service training to enhance practical teaching competence.
