According to the Ministry of Education (MOE), all incoming international students must comply with Taiwan’s animal and plant quarantine regulations.

Please do not bring any animals, plants, or related products (including processed items) into Taiwan.

Violating the “Animal and Plant Quarantine Act” may result in a fine ranging from NTD 100,000 to 1,000,000.
