工作坊中文簡介：
1.台灣數位外交協會（TDDA） 與美國在台協會（AIT） 合作舉辦Diplomacy and Leadership Workshop(外交事務與領導力培訓工作坊)，透過親身參與和主持外交模擬演練， 提升策略思維、談判、共識建立、跨文化溝通和衝突解決能力。
2.參與者將透過親身參與和主持外交模擬演練， 提升策略思維、談判、共識建立、跨文化溝通和衝突解決能力。透過參加三場專題培訓，模擬真正的外交官主持和引導外交模擬演練；此外，參與者還有機會在AIT舉辦的互動培訓課程中與AIT人員面對面交流。訓練課程結束後，核心學員將運用學習到的外交、談判和危機管理技能，共同舉辦一場由學生主導的外交模擬活動。
3.申請資格：
台灣18至35 歲青年。
對外交、國際事務、外交政策或公共服務有著濃厚的興趣。
積極主動，對學習和參與表現出強烈的責任感。
願意參加所有已安排的課程和活動：1月10日 13:30-16:30、1月22日 21:00-23:00（線上）、2月6日 14:00-16:00、1場其他學生工作坊(日期待定)

Workshop Introduction in English:
The Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association (TDDA), in partnership with the American Institute in Taiwan( AIT) are excited to announce a new program designed to foster young diplomatic talent in Taiwan - the Diplomacy and Leadership Workshop.
The Diplomacy and Leadership Workshop is a unique, intensive program designed to cultivate the next generation of global leaders. We are looking for highly motivated Taiwanese youth (ages 18-35) who have a passion for diplomacy and international affairs to apply to become core participants in this program!
Participants will sharpen strategic thinking, negotiation, consensus-building, cross-cultural communication, and conflict resolution abilities via hands-on experiences participating in and running diplomacy simulations. They will join 3 focused training sessions to learn how to expertly facilitate and moderate diplomatic simulations, just like real diplomats! Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to chat face-to-face with AIT officers in an interactive training session held at AIT!
After completion of the training sessions, core participants will work together to host a student-led diplomacy simulation, applying newly acquired diplomacy, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
The program will culminate in a special closing ceremony hosted at the American Center, AIT. This prestigious event will offer a unique and unforgettable opportunity to meet AIT leadership, offering a moment to celebrate your achievements and engage with a top-level diplomatic leader. Participants will also receive a Certificate of Completion acknowledging their achievement.
Who is Eligible to Apply?
We are looking for individuals who are:
Taiwanese youth aged 18 to 35.
Deeply interested in diplomacy, international affairs, foreign policy, or public service.
Highly motivated and demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and participation.
Willing to attend all scheduled program events and sessions [January 10th 13:30-16:30] + [January 22nd, 21:00-23:00 (online)] + [ February 6th, 14:00-16:00] + [1 other student workshop, date TBA]
