各位境外生同學大家好:

 本學期（114-2）的境外生安全宣導講座，將會於2026（115）年3月9日（星期一）的下午14:00至16:30於本校學生活動中心舉辦。

講座的主題會著重遭遇攻擊時可施展之防身術，以及可能遭遇詐騙時可採取之防範措施的宣導。此外，本講座亦將涵蓋性別平等、跟蹤騷擾防制法、交通安全等主題。有鑑於本國周遭環境，以及未來生活所需注意之事項，鼓勵同學們踴躍報名參加。

本講座每學期都會辦理1場。本校的校境外生，每年須至少參加1場。若是去年（2025）的兩場都沒有參加到的同學，今年（2026）請一定要參加，以免影響自身權益。

若要申請或領取獎助學金的境外生，請務必出席參與。

Dear Students, 

The Foreign Students Safety and Security Seminar for the second semester of the 114 academic year (2026 Spring Semester) will be held on October 16, 2025, at the Student Activity Center.

This time, the Foreign Students Safety and Security Seminar will focus mainly on self-defense and what you could do when fraud occurs. In addition, this seminar will also include themes such as gender equality, Stalking and Harassment Prevention Act, and traffic safety. Due to the fact that this covers a great part of our daily life and living environment, it is highly recommended that everyone joins the seminar.

Furthermore, this seminar will be held each semester. The foreign students are also required to at least attend one seminar each (academic) year. For those who haven't attended any of the seminars last year (2025), please do remember to show up, so as to not cause any problems to your rights and interests.

As for foreign students who are applying or receiving for scholarships, it is also important and necessary that you attend this seminar.
