The purpose of this hotline:

To provide the information about VISA renew, residence permit, work, education, healthcare, tax and others involved with the life of foreigners in Taiwan.

Mandarin Chinese, English, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai and Cambodian

Service Hours:

Chinese, English, Japanese: 24/7

Vietnamese: Monday to Friday (Holidays are not included) 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Indonesian, Thai and Cambodian: Monday to Friday 1:00 pm—5:00 pm
