To avoid unnecessary entry on campus during COVID-19, we will only accept applications online. The renewal system will be ready for you on July 13th, 2022.

【Application Qualification】

• The guideline of the scholarship had changed. Students who did not successfully renew the scholarship before can submit the application at this time.
• Ph.D students whose student ID begins with 108xxxxxx, 109xxxxxx ,and 110xxxxxx may be eligible to apply.
• Master students whose student ID begins with 109xxxxxx or who enroll in the 2021 Fall semester may be eligible to apply.

The application period starts from July 13th at 9 AM to July 27th at 5 PM, 2022

【Required Documents】

Please download the application form and submit all the required documents online.

For Master Student:

1. Application Form (By Type), with the signature of your Advisor/Instructor
2.  Terms of the agreement 
3. Official Transcript of the latest 2 semesters (please make sure the total credit and average has shown on the transcript) 
4. Certificate of participant--Overseas students safety and security seminar (OIA will hold this seminar online again in July.)

For PhD students who submit the Conference Paper (only for year-2 Doctors):

1. Application Form (By Type), with the signature of your Advisor/Instructor
2.  Terms of the agreement
3. Official Transcript of the latest 2 semesters (please make sure total credit and average has shown on the transcript) 
4. The conference paper / The abstract
5. The International Conference certificate
6. The schedule of the conference
7. Certificate of participant--Overseas students safety and security seminar (OIA will hold this seminar online again in July.)

For PhD students who submit the Journal Paper:

1. Application Form (By Type), with the signature of your Advisor/Instructor
2.   Terms of the agreement
3. Official Transcript of the latest 2 semesters (please make sure total credit and average has shown on the transcript) 
4. List of all publications to date
5. The Journal paper / The abstract
6. InCites Journal Citation Reports (https://jcr.clarivate.com/JCRLandingPageAction.action)
7. Certificate of participant--Overseas students safety and security seminar (OIA will hold this seminar online again in July.)
