📅 Application Period: July 17 (Thu), 10:00 AM – July 24 (Thu), 5:00 PM, 2025

【Who Can Apply?】

  • Current undergraduate foreign students at Taipei Tech
  • Have a valid Chinese proficiency certificate (TOCFL B+, SPM C+, UEC C+)
  • Have attended the Overseas Student Safety and Security Seminar (Fall 2024 or Spring 2025)

【Important Notes】

  • 📌 Online application only. No paper forms accepted.
  • 🖥️ System opens: July 17 at 10:00 AM
  • If login fails, email Ms. Jenny Yu at jennyyu@ntut.edu.tw with subject: Hua-Yu Application – Student Number – Name
  • 📄 Read the instructions carefully before uploading.

【Required Documents】

  • Application Form – typed and hand-signed
  • Chinese Proficiency Certificate – TOCFL / SPM / UEC
  • Academic Transcript – English, printed after July 14, with all semesters included
  • Safety Seminar Certificate – from Fall 2024 or Spring 2025
