🏆 2025 Fall Taipei Tech International Graduate Student Scholarship Application (Application Period: 2025/7/17-24)

【Who Can Apply?】
- Master’s students who are going to be in the 2nd year.
- Ph.D. students who are going to be in the 2nd / 3rd / 4th year.
- Students who failed to renew their scholarship in previous semesters may submit a make-up application for one semester (2025 September to 2026 February, 6 months).
- All applicants must complete the online mental and physical health survey provided by the Counseling Center and obtain the certificate of participation from the current year’s Overseas Student Safety and Security Seminar organized by the OIA.
【Important Notes】
- 📌 Online application only. No paper forms accepted (Electronic signature acceptable).
- 🖥️ System opens: July 17 at 10:00 AM
- If login fails during the application period, email Ms. Jenny Yu at jennyyu@ntut.edu.tw with subject: NTUT Scholarship Application – Student Number – Name
- 📄 Read the instructions carefully before uploading.
- The earlier you apply, the better. Late submissions will not be accepted.
【Required Documents】
For Master’s Students (5 required documents):
- Application Form with advisor/instructor recommendation and signature.
- Terms of the Agreement.
- Official English Transcript of all semesters.
- Please print it out after July 14 (If you are not in Taiwan during the period, please find a substitute or follow the instruction)
- Numeric scores, total credits, and average GPA must be shown
- Certificate of Participation – Overseas Students Safety and Security Seminar.
- If you don't have the certificate from 2024 Fall or 2025 Spring, contact Ms. Vivien at wacvoia@ntut.edu.tw
- Copy of your ARC
- Must show you are a student at NTUT.
For PhD Students – International Conference Paper Applicants (10 required documents):

- Terms of the Agreement.
- Official English Transcript of all semesters.
- Please print it out after July 14 (If you are not in Taiwan during the period, please find a substitute or follow the instruction)
- Numeric scores, total credits, and average GPA must be shown
- Certificate of Participation – Overseas Students Safety and Security Seminar.

- List of All Publications to Date
- International Conference Paper / Abstract
