    Currently enrolled international student (undergraduate / master's / doctoral) at Taipei Tech
  • 2
    Chinese proficiency: TOCFL Level 3 (B1) or aboveFirst-time applicants may also use: Malaysian SPM Chinese C+ / UEC Chinese C+
  • 3
    Attended the Overseas Student Safety Seminar within one year (with passing assessment)Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 session
  • 4
    Not simultaneously receiving other NTUT scholarships or Taiwanese government scholarships
⚠️ Not eligible: Extended-study students (5th year+ undergrad, 3rd year+ master's, 5th year+ doctoral) and overseas compatriot students are not eligible for the tuition waiver.

    TOCFL Level 3 (B1) or above — only TOCFL accepted for renewal (SPM/UEC not valid)

    Previous academic year: average score ≥ 70 and conduct score ≥ 80

    TOCFL must show advancement of at least one level compared to the previous approved applicationException: applicants already at TOCFL Level 6 (Mastery) are exempt
📎 Renewal applicants must submit both the previous and current TOCFL score reports.

⚠️  Scholarship May Be Revoked If…
  • ! Suspension, withdrawal, or delayed registration
  • ! Receiving 1 major demerit or more from NTUT
  • ! Simultaneously receiving other NTUT or government scholarships
  • ! Serious violation of R.O.C. laws
If revoked, the granted subsidy must be returned in full.
