僑生獎學金 Overseas Compatriot Student Scholarship
本獎學金提供在學僑生及港澳生之獎助，依學生前一學期學業表現及系所名次百分比 進行三級距審查與核發。申請資訊於每年 3 月公告。
This scholarship provides financial support for Overseas Compatriot Students and Hong Kong/Macau students at Taipei Tech. Awards are determined based on the previous semester’s academic performance and department ranking (three-tier system). Application information is announced every March.
一、適用對象 Eligibility
- 所有在學僑生及港澳生（不含五專與研修生）。
All enrolled Overseas Compatriot Students and Hong Kong/Macau students (excluding 5-year junior college & non-degree students). - 需就讀滿一學期，前一學期系排需在前 75%，操行分數達 80 分以上。
Must have completed at least one semester; previous-semester department ranking must be within top 75%, and conduct score ≥ 80. - 未受申誡以上處分。
No disciplinary record above a minor demerit. - 研究所學生若因撰寫論文無成績，須繳交指導教授推薦信與 5,000 字以上之論文計畫書。
Graduate students without grades due to thesis writing must submit an advisor’s recommendation letter and a thesis proposal (min. 5,000 words). - 社團負責人可用社團成果報告申請，限申請一次。
Student club leaders may submit club achievement reports once as an alternative qualification. - 不得重複申請／不適用情形：
• 已為「優秀國際研究生獎學金」受獎生者不得再申請。
• 延修生（大五、碩三、博五）不得申請。
• 二技學生可申請，但系排將併入原系所年級人數計算。 - 仍可申請者：曾獲教育部清寒僑生助學金者。
Eligible: Students previously awarded MOE grants for financially disadvantaged Overseas Chinese students. - 入學前／入學後必要程序：
• 入學前完成線上身心健康問卷。
• 入學後完成新生健檢與身心適應調查。
• 每年需參加一次境外生安全講座並通過測驗。
Required pre-/post-enrollment procedures include online health survey, health checkup, and annual Overseas Students Safety Seminar with passing score.
二、獎助內容 Award Items
依學業表現與系所名次百分比分級核發：
（1）大學部 Undergraduates
- 前 25%：第一級距（最高額）
- 25.01%–50%：第二級距
- 50.01%–75%：第三級距
（2）研究所（碩士及博士）Master’s / PhD
- 前 25%：第一級距
- 25.01%–50%：第二級距
- 50.01%–75%：第三級距
Award amounts are based on departmental ranking and divided into three tiers for undergraduate and graduate students.
三、申請時間 Application Timeline
- 申請公告：每年 3 月初（OIA 首頁公布）
- 線上申請：3 月底
- 結果公告：5 月中
- 獎項核發：5 月底–6 月中
- Announcement: Early March
- Online Application: Late March
- Result Announcement: Mid-May
- Disbursement: Late May to Mid-June
四、申請方式 Application Method
線上申請，無需繳交紙本至國際處。 Online application only; no hardcopy submission required.
申請表將與公告一併放於國際處首頁。 Forms and links will be provided in the announcement.
五、應備文件 Required Documents
- 獎學金申請表（依當年度公告）。
Application Form. - 前一學期中文學期成績單。
Transcript of previous semester (Chinese version). - 學生成績名次證明（在校各學期之系排名）。
Department ranking certificate (all semesters’ ranking). - 銀行帳戶封面影本。
Copy of bank account passbook. - 居留證／身分證影本（正反面）。
Copy of ARC / ID (both sides). - 境外生安全講座參加證明。
Certificate of participation (Overseas Students Safety Seminar). - 其他文件（如社團成果證明）。
Other optional documents (e.g., club leader achievement proof).
