各位親愛的畢業生及家長:

   本校為您獻上最誠摯的敬意,祝福畢業生與家長們,也恭喜您學業非凡成就,再次恭喜您完成學業,即將於本校畢業感謝您特別遠道而來,參與本屆國立台北科技大學112學年度畢業典禮
  相信您於本屆典禮中將擁有美好的回憶,您的參與對國立台北科技大學和國際事務處有無與倫比的重要里程碑意義,為此,希冀您觀禮順利,我們有重要的事項提醒您。
  本屆觀禮的家長報名踴躍,本校畢業典禮場地規劃為兩個場館為:中正館與世雄感恩演藝廳。
  再次感謝您的支持與參與,為使當天典禮順利進行,提醒您:
1.所有畢業生皆須身著畢業禮袍,方能入場。如有相關畢業服規定與租借,請您洽詢本校學務處。
2.因場館座位有限,所保留的席次有限,請您見諒,相關說明如下:典禮當日於上午9:00整開放入場,中正館設有160個專為貴賓保留的席次(如圖中綠色座位處),但由於報名的人數非常踴躍,已超出保留席次。因此,本校規劃先到先入席,保留席由1位畢業生攜伴2位家長,如達滿席,服務人員將導引觀禮貴賓至世雄感恩演藝廳自由席位入座,觀看典禮現場直播,感謝您的諒解。

3.當天請填寫表單的學生親自引導家長於中正館1F國際處簽到,登記後會有專人引導上2樓入座。

4. 請入座於境外生及家長保留席,不得入座於其他區域。

Dear Beloved Graduates and Parents,

We extend our sincerest respect and congratulations to both graduates and parents on your remarkable academic achievements. Congratulations once again on completing your studies and soon graduating from our esteemed institution. We are deeply grateful for your special effort in attending Academic Year 112 graduation ceremony of National Taipei University of Technology.

We believe that you will cherish fond memories from this ceremony, and your participation holds unparalleled significance for National Taipei University of Technology and the Office of International Affairs. In light of this, we wish for a smooth ceremony for you and have some important reminders:

Due to enthusiastic registration from parents, the graduation venue has been planned across two halls: the Chiang Kai-shek Hall and the Shih-Hsiung Gratitude Performing Arts Hall.

Once again, we thank you for your support and participation. To ensure the smooth running of the ceremony, please note:

All graduates must wear their graduation gowns to enter the venue. For information regarding gown regulations and rental, please contact our Office of Academic Affairs.

Due to limited seating in the venues, reserved seats are limited. Please find details below:

On the day of the ceremony, entry will commence at 9:00 AM. The Chiang Kai-shek Hall has 160 seats reserved for you as our VIPs. However, due to the overwhelming response, the reserved seats have been exceeded. Therefore, seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, with each graduate allowed to accompany two parents. If all seats are occupied, ushers will guide VIPs to free seating in the Shih-Hsiung Gratitude Performing Arts Hall to watch the live broadcast of the ceremony. Your understanding is appreciated.

3.On the day of the event, students required to fill out the form shall personally guide their parents to sign in at the 1st floor of the Chiang Kai-shek Hall. After registration, a staff member will guide them to their seats on the 2nd floor.

4. Please take your seats in the reserved area for international students and parents. Sitting at other areas is not permitted.
