【公告】UCAN職業興趣探索診斷

為使學與用之間更加緊密扣連，提升學生就業準備度，教育部建置「大專校院就業職能平台」（簡稱 UCAN）。

該平台結合職業興趣探索及職能診斷，提供職業興趣探索、共通職能診斷、專業職能診斷、能力養成計畫及報表管理等功能，協助學生透過診斷，規劃個人職涯發展，瞭解能力落差。

此一職涯診斷的目標，除了增加受試者對自我職業興趣、職場趨勢理解及產業所需職能，亦是希望受試者能進而自主安排學習計畫，縮短從學校到工作的適應時間。希望達成學以致用的目標，以及提升學生投入職場後的穩定度。

【FWD NOTICE】UCAN Career Diagnosis

To ensure that what students learn and what they make practically do can be connected, so as to enhance career preparation, the Ministry of Education has set up the University Career and Competency Assessment Network, also abbreviated and known as UCAN. The NTUT Office of Research and Development will conduct analysis based on the UCAN data.

UCAN is a system that combines preference exploration and career ability diagnosis. Apart from preference exploration, it also offers functions such as common competency diagnosis, professional competency diagnosis, capability development program, and report management. Those functions aim to help students conduct personal career development plans through various diagnosis, so as to grasp the difference among different abilities.

Aside from understanding one’s career interest, the current talent and workplace trends, and the abilities demanded by different industries, UCAN also aims to help its participants to develop self-learning projects, so as to shorten the adjustment period between school and workplace. The system also hopes not only students can apply what they learn, but also to help students enhance stability after entering the workforce.
