I am writing to you to promote our 2016 STISS(SeoulTech International Summer School) Program which will be held during summer this year. If you are not the right person in charge, then could you please forward this mail to the right person? It will be very much appreciated if you do so.

                                                                           
The STISS Program provides chances for students to learn basic Korean Language, experience more about Korea and to interact with students from different countries, while they get to know about our university. To strengthen the relationship with our partner universities, all expenses except air-fare will be covered by SeoulTech.

For more information, you can refer to the attachment in this mail. Attached to this email, you will also find an official letter signed by Professor Nam, Dean of Office of International Affairs, and list of students, brochures, application form and a health clearance form.

Please make sure that we do not accept applications from students personally. Only students who are listed in the Excel file will be considered as our candidate students.

The students that are nominated should also register in our online registration system, which will be the completion of application process.

Students will be required to submit their copy of air ticket and health clearance form through our online registration system after they are accepted.
