[Notification] Overseas Community Affairs Council "World Masters Games 2025 Taipei & New Taipei City | Taipei."

The event is jointly organized by the Taipei City and New Taipei City governments. It provides an opportunity for athletes of various sports to participate in an international multi-sport event and build international friendships. The event will take place from May 17 to May 30, 2025, and will bring together sports enthusiasts from around the world, with approximately 40,000 domestic and international participants. The following information pertains to volunteer recruitment:

Registration Period: February to December of this year.

1. Registration:

a. Individual Volunteers: Register through the Taipei City Volunteer Management Integration Platform (https://newcv101.gov.taipei/).

(b) Group Volunteers: Groups of 30 or more volunteers should have a representative compile and upload the volunteer list in bulk to the volunteer platform. For inquiries, please contact the Volunteer Service Center (Phone: 02-25772025).

2. Types of Volunteers:

a. Administrative Volunteers: Assist with administrative tasks, consultations, and guidance at non-competition venues.

b. Language Volunteers: Provide foreign language services such as consultations for international athletes at various venues. Skills in English, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Southeast Asian languages, etc., are desirable.

c. Venue Volunteers: Assist with competition-related consultations, athlete guidance, venue control, meal service, and medical support at competition venues.

3. Eligibility Requirements:

a. Must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

b. Must be 16 years or older at the time of registration (minors must have a guardian's consent).

c. Should be enthusiastic about service, able to accept assigned tasks, and achieve goals.
Must be able to attend at least 6 hours of basic training and 3 hours of event-specific training, as arranged by World Masters Games 2025 Taipei & New Taipei City | Taipei.Organizing Committee.

d. Must be able to handle transportation, meals, and accommodation during training and the event period.

e. Previous volunteer experience or specialized skills (such as foreign languages) are preferred.

f. Preferably available to work at least 5 shifts or more.
