FAQ

Q1. I keep getting errors with the Collection Code or ID. I cannot log in.

‧ Make sure the Collection Code is always: 111692.
‧ For the ID field, please try these options in order: current ARC number → previous ARC number (2 English letters at the beginning) → date of birth in 8 digits (YYYYMMDD).
If you still cannot log in, please take a screenshot of the error message and contact the OIA staff.

Q2. I missed the payment deadline. What should I do?

You can still log in, download the bill again, and finish the payment before the 4th week of the semester at Bank of Taiwan branches, via ATM transfer, or Taiwan Pay.
After payment, log in again to confirm the bill shows “Paid” and keep your payment receipt.

Q3. I am a new student and plan to defer my enrollment (take a leave of absence). Do I still need to pay?

Yes. Registration is only completed after both paying the tuition and finishing course selection. Even if you plan to defer your enrollment, you must first pay the tuition and fees, then follow the university regulations to apply for a leave of absence.

Q4. How long will it take until the system shows “Paid” after I pay?

‧ ATM / convenience stores: about 3–4 days.
‧ Taiwan Pay: about 5–7 days.
If it still shows “Unpaid” after one week, please keep your payment receipt and contact the OIA or the Cashier Section for assistance. (During Lunar New Year, it may take longer for the payment to be posted.)
