*Please complete the tuition pay ment within two weeks after the semester starts, you can pay your tuition at any of the convenient store nearby (such as 7-11, FamilyMart, O.K. or Hi-Life).

*If the payment deadline has passed, you cannot pay at the convenient store anymore. You can only pay at the Bank of Taiwan or by ATM transfer as soon as possible within 4 weeks after the school starts!

第一步：進入臺灣銀行學雜費入口網

Step 1：Enter the Bank of Taiwan Tuition Payment System

第二步：點選進入【繳費單查詢(原「學生登入」)】頁面

Step 2：Enter the 【繳費單查詢(原「學生登入」)】 Page

第三步：按照下方說明登入

Step 3：Log in as the following instructions

⚠️代收類別：繳交學雜費請輸入 "111692"  / For Tuition payment, please enter "111692"

⚠️身分證字號欄位：有可能是 「ARC號碼」 或 「舊的ARC號碼(開頭兩碼英文字母)」 或 「西元生日8碼 (YYYYMMDD)」

⚠️The 身分證字號 could be your 「ARC number」 or 「Previous ARC number (which starts with 2 capital characters)」or 「8 digits of your date of birth (YYYYMMDD)」.

第四步：點選要繳費的帳單按下【查詢】

Step 4：Choose the bill to pay and click 【查詢】

If the payment deadline has passed, you can still pay for the tuition by the 3rd week of the semester as soon as possible, please click "確定" after clicking "查詢"

第五步：往下滑，下方有繳費方式選項與說明。按下【產生繳費單(PDF檔)】就會產生學雜費繳費單，檔案開啟密碼是登入時用的「身分證字號」(或「舊居留證號」或「西元生日8碼」)。

Step 5：Scroll down, different payment methods are provided.

Press 【產生繳費單(PDF檔)】and the bill will be downloaded.

The password for the bill file should be your ARC number or 「Previous ARC number (which starts with 2 capital characters)」or 「8 digits of your date of birth (YYYYMMDD)」

如果你在繳費截止日過後繳費，請在點選"產生繳費單"後點選"確認"  並下載繳費單盡快前往繳費。

If you pay after the tuition payment period, after clicking "產生繳費單(PDF檔)", please click "確認" when this window pops out.

And then download your tuition bill and pay it as soon as possible.

If you would like to pay by ATM transfer, please refer to the information at the bottom of your bill (marked in red below).
1. Please visit the ATM or from the APP of your bank and find "轉帳 (transfer)" → enter the bank code which is the Bank of Taiwan 臺灣銀行 004 → enter the serial number on the bill (everyone's should be different) → enter the amount written on the bill. After the payment, please wait for 3-4 days and then you will be able to download the receipt from the Bank of Taiwan System.
If you would like to pay by the Taiwan Pay APP, please open the Taiwan Pay APP and scan the QRcode (marked in green below). After the payment from Taiwan Pay, please wait for 5-7 days and then you will be able to download the receipt from the Bank of Taiwan System.
