📢 Notice on Post-Graduation Internship Applications for Overseas Chinese and International Students (2nd Semester, Academic Year 2024–2025)

1. Overseas Chinese students (including students from Hong Kong and Macao) and international students who are about to graduate and wish to apply for a post-graduation internship in Taiwan must first obtain an Internship Confirmation Letter from the intended internship organization.
The application must be submitted to the school no later than two months before the expiration of the ARC (Alien Resident Certificate).

2. Please submit all required application documents to the Office of International Affairs by May 10, 2025.

The university will then forward the documents to the Ministry of Education for review.

The application forms for post-graduation internships, including the “Application Form for Internship in Taiwan,” differ depending on student status (Overseas Chinese / International student).
Please download the correct version from the Ministry of Education’s website: https://depart.moe.edu.tw/ed2500/
Go to “Business Section” → “Affairs for Overseas and International Students” → “Post-Graduation Internship” to find the appropriate documents.
