📢 外籍新生學費繳費須知

適用對象： 2025 年秋季班外籍新生
繳費期間： 2025 年 8 月 21 日（四）至 9 月 4 日（四）（台灣時間）
繳費方式： 線上信用卡繳費 【系統連結】

新生必須完成的事項

1. 於 9 月 4 日前完成學雜費繳費（僅限信用卡）。

   • 請使用學雜費單上提供的線上繳費系統連結。

   • 請務必在上述期間內完成繳費（台灣時間）。

   • 請使用學號與出生日期 8 碼（yyyymmdd）登入。

2. 保存繳費收據。

   • 學校將於您完成繳費後 一週內，以 Email 寄發正式收據。

   • 請務必下載並保存收據檔案。

   • 若找不到，請檢查垃圾郵件匣。

3. 於 9 月 5 日後上傳收據。

   • 請於 新生入學系統 上傳繳費收據。

   • 上傳方式將於 9 月 5 日新生說明會 說明。

   • 當日也會提供逐步操作指南。

4. 選課。

   • 註冊完成條件為：
     (A) 完成學雜費繳費 ＋ (B) 完成選課。

若無法於 9 月 4 日前完成信用卡繳費

What you must do

1. Pay tuition by Sep 4 (credit card only).
   • Use the online payment portal shown on your tuition bill.
   • Payments must be completed within the above period (Taiwan time).
   • Please log in by your student number and 8 digits of your date of birth (yyyymmdd)

2. Save your tuition receipt.
   • Within one week after payment, the University will email your official receipt.
   • Save this file—you will need it for uploading.
   • Can’t find the email? Check your spam/junk folder.

3. Upload the receipt after Sep 5.
   • Upload the receipt to the Enrollment System after Sep 5.
   • Upload instructions will be explained at the New Student Orientation on Sep 5. [Learn More about Enrollment Information]
   • A step-by-step guide will also be provided on that day.

4. Select your courses.
   • Registration is complete only after you (A) pay tuition and (B) finish course selection.

📢 新入生学費納入案内（日本語版）

対象： 2025 年秋学期新入生
納入期間： 2025 年 8 月 21 日（木）～ 9 月 4 日（木）（台湾時間）
納入方法： オンラインクレジットカードのみ 【システムリンク】

必ず行うべき手続き

1. 9 月 4 日までに学費を納入すること（クレジットカードのみ）。

   • 学費請求書に記載されたオンライン決済システムをご利用ください。

   • 上記期間内（台湾時間）に必ず完了してください。

   • 学生番号と生年月日 8 桁（yyyymmdd）でログインしてください。

2. 納入領収書を保存すること。

   • 学校は納入完了後 1 週間以内 に、正式な領収書を Email で送付します。

   • ファイルを必ず保存してください。

   • メールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。

3. 9 月 5 日以降に領収書をアップロードすること。

   • 新生入学システムにアップロードしてください。

   • アップロード方法は 9 月 5 日の新入生説明会 で説明します。

   • 当日、ステップごとのガイドも配布します。

4. 授業登録を行うこと。

   • 正式な登録完了条件は：
     (A) 学費納入完了 ＋ (B) 授業登録完了。
