1. Eligibility

• International students currently enrolled in a master’s or doctoral degree program at NTUT.
• Applicants must be under 35 years of age at the time of application.
• Applicants may not receive another scholarship during the scholarship period. (Including NTUT scholarships)

2. Application Period
August 1–October 20, 2026.

3. Application Procedure

1. Complete the online registration on the Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation website and print the application form.
2. Submit the complete application documents to the NTUT Office of International Affairs by the deadline.
3. Applications must be submitted through and recommended by NTUT. Direct applications to the Foundation will not be accepted.
