【Application Qualification】

The guideline of the scholarship had changed, for the student who did not renew the scholarship success before, can submit the application at this time.

Ph.D students whose student ID begins with 107xxxxxx, 108xxxxxx and 109xxxxxx may be eligible to apply.

Master students whose student ID begins with 109xxxxxx may be eligible to apply.

【Application Period】

Application opens on January 27. The deadline of the application is February 4, 2021.

【Required Documents】

Please download the application form and submit all the required documents to OIA (Please refer to the guidelines). Hard copy only.

For Master Student:

1. Application Form (By Type), with the signature of your Advisor/Instructor
2. Official Transcript of the latest 2 semesters

For PhD Student who submit the Conference Paper:

1. Application Form (By Type), with the signature of your Advisor/Instructor
2. Official Transcript of the latest 2 semesters
3. The conference paper / The abstract
4. The certificate of the attendance
5. The schedule of the conference

※Mark the title and your name

For PhD Student who submit the Journal Paper:

1. Application Form (By Type), with the signature of your Advisor/Instructor
2. Official Transcript of the latest 2 semesters
3. List of all publications to date
4. The Journal paper / The abstract
5. InCites Journal Citation Reports (https://jcr.clarivate.com/JCRLandingPageAction.action)
