How to log in? 

• If you failed to log in with your ARC number, please try the following method: Try to use your 8 digits of birthday instead.

• After logging in, the password to open your bill file should be either your ARC number or your 8 digits of birthday (AD year).

★ If you forgot or cannot pay the bill in time, please complete the tuition payment as soon as possible by the first week of the semester. Please print out the bill and pay it in cash at any branch of the Bank of Taiwan counter or pay by transfer at the ATM. 

★ Students who applied for deferred graduation may be able to download, print out, and pay the credit fees bill at the convenience stores/ ATM/ Bank of Taiwan/ Internet banking/ credit cards during October 16, 2023 to October 23, 2023:

(1) Those who enroll less than 8 credits (including 8 credits) should pay the credit fees; if the students only register for zero- credit courses, they would be charged by hours.

(2)Those who enroll more than 9 credits (including 9 credits) should pay half of the miscellaneous fees and full tuition fees.
