• Monthly Salary: NT$80,000–85,000

• Fresh grads with a bachelor’s or master’s degree 
• Candidates with up to 1 year of work experience

💡Program Highlights: 

• 5-month training in China to cultivate elite smart manufacturing talent 
• 1-year structured training: 2 months of core training, 3 months of project simulation, 6 months of factory practice, 1 month of assignment 
• Global opportunities: Post-training assignments in China, Vietnam, Thailand, the U.S., or Mexico
