Introduction to the 2025 Overseas Youth Taiwan Technical and Vocational Education Observation Group - 3rd Batch Indonesia, Counselor Recruitment Activity

Do you want to make friends with young Chinese Indonesians? The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has commissioned Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology to organize the "Overseas Youth Taiwan Technical and Vocational Education Experience Camp." This group of young Chinese Indonesians will come to Taiwan for cultural exchange activities. In order to better care for the participants during their stay in Taiwan, we are looking for a group of enthusiastic, responsible, proactive individuals with relevant activity experience to guide them. If you love making friends, don't miss out!

Event Duration: June 22, 2025 (Sunday) to July 5, 2025 (Saturday)

1. The event will last 14 days, and full participation is required. (Must arrive on June 18, 2025, Wednesday, at the event venue)

2. The selected counselors must participate in a 5-day online and in-person training program. The training will take place on the following dates:

   • June 7, 2025 (Saturday) – online

   • June 18, 2025 (Wednesday)

   • June 19, 2025 (Thursday)

   • June 20, 2025 (Friday)

   • June 21, 2025 (Saturday)

3. If the selected counselors' training period or event dates coincide with final exams or graduation ceremonies, the university can provide a certificate to help adjust the exam dates.

Application Instructions:

1. Please email your application form to hsiangling@uch.edu.tw. In the subject line, write: "Application for 2025 Overseas Youth Taiwan Observation Group Counselor."

2. The application deadline is May 23, 2025 (Friday) at 5:00 PM.

3. For those passing the first stage of the written review, please submit an activity plan for a welcome party, farewell party, or team-building game (choose one) for the second stage interview.

Stages:

• First stage: Written review, from now until May 23, 2025 (Friday) at 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Second stage: Interview – If your application passes the first stage, you will be notified by phone within 7 days (excluding weekends).

• Notification of Results: You will be notified by May 30, 2025 (Friday).

Eligibility: Previous participants in the "Overseas Youth Taiwan Observation Group, Language Study Programs, or Experience Camps" are welcome to apply.
