【Who Can Apply?】
- Current undergraduate foreign students at Taipei Tech
- Have a valid Chinese proficiency certificate (TOCFL B+, SPM C+, UEC C+)
- Have attended the Overseas Student Safety and Security Seminar (Fall 2024 or Spring 2025)
【Important Notes】
- 📌 Online application only. No paper forms accepted.
- 🖥️ System opens: July 17 at 10:00 AM

- Application Form – typed and hand-signed
- Chinese Proficiency Certificate – TOCFL / SPM / UEC
- Academic Transcript – English, printed after July 14, with all semesters included
- Safety Seminar Certificate – from Fall 2024 or Spring 2025
