Step 1. Check if you can apply

Eligible students

Master’s students entering Year 2

Ph.D. students entering Year 2 / Year 3 / Year 4

Students who missed the previous renewal may submit a make-up application for one semester.

Required before application

You must complete the online mental and physical health survey.

You must have the certificate of participation for the Overseas Students Safety and Security Seminar of the current required year.

Important note

Choose the correct category first. The required documents are different for Master’s, Ph.D. conference paper, and Ph.D. journal paper applicants.

若上次未如期續領，可補申請一學期。

完成線上身心健康問卷。

取得規定年度之境外生安全講座參加證明。

3. Official English Transcript ✔ ✔ ✔ Please print it after July 13. Numeric scores, total credits, and GPA must be shown.
4. Safety Seminar Certificate ✔ ✔ ✔

The certificate must be issued after 2025 Fall semester.

10. Bank account copy — ✔ ✔ Please upload the bank account cover page / passbook copy.
11. Journal Paper / Abstract — — ✔ Highlight first author.
12. Journal Citation Report (JCR) — — ✔ Provide indexing information from JCR.

Before you upload

  • Read the official instructions carefully.
  • Please prepare all files before entering the system.
  • The earlier you upload, the safer it is.

Transcript reminder

  • Please print your transcript after July 13.
  • If you are not in Taiwan, please follow the transcript instruction link.
  • The red machine is located on the 2nd floor of the administration building and at the Joint Service Center.

ARC reminder

  • Your ARC must show that you are a student at NTUT.
  • For Ph.D. categories, employment purpose ARC is not acceptable for this document set.

Safety Seminar reminder

  • If you do not have the required certificate, please contact Mr. Jesse.
  • The certificate must be issued after 2025 Fall semester.
  • Please scroll to the bottom of this page for related links and downloads.
