To help international students better understand rental agreements in Taiwan and protect their housing rights, the Ministry of the Interior has provided Vietnamese and Indonesian translations of the Residential Lease Agreement Template and Residential Sublease Agreement Template.

Students who are planning to rent accommodation in Taiwan are encouraged to review the agreement carefully before signing, particularly the rental fees, security deposit, lease period, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
