This scholarship is open for application once every semester, and you may prepare to apply for the 115-1 semester (end of July 2026).

(Only for students enrolled since 2024 Fall semester.)

Important Notice:

1. All scholarship recipients must log in to the Bank of Taiwan Payment System to complete the tuition payment in order to complete registration and receive the monthly stipend.

2. Tuition and fees payment period for Spring 2026: February 5 to 23, 2026.

3. After completing the tuition payment, please bring the following documents to the Office of International Affairs (OIA) to sign in during the designated period:

   1. Payment receipt (please print it from the Bank of Taiwan Payment System)

   2. Student ID card

   3. ARC (please check the validity before coming)

   Sign-in periods: Now until March 6, 2026 (10:00–12:00 / 13:30–17:00)

4. The monthly stipend will be disbursed starting from mid-September, approximately 10–14 working days after completing the sign-in at the OIA. The issuing period for Spring semester is from March to August.
